La Maestra Heart of   the Community Campaign

La Maestra’s Board of Directors and the residents of City Heights are preparing for a new phase of expansion to construct a 32,000 square foot health care facility in the heart of the City Heights.  To accomplish this, they have launched the “La Maestra Heart of the Community Campaign” that will bring together volunteers, residents, business leaders and representatives from public and private funding organizations to raise $10 million to construct the new facility. As a result, the Campaign will make it possible to achieve a healthier community for the residents of City Heights by doing the following:

CONSTRUCT A “GREEN” LA MAESTRA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER a 32,000 square foot facility that will be the “hub” for a new standard of  healthcare and well-being for the residents of City Heights

EXPAND HEALTHCARE programs and services that will more than double the number of residents accessing health care in City Heights

EXPAND WELL-BEING programs and services that will help residents achieve self-sufficiency in City Heights

ESTABLISH THE FIRST “CIRCLE OF CARE” ENDOWMENT to ensure long-term, sustained support for health and well-being in City Heights
