Corporate and Foundation Support

La Maestra works to generate financial support for San Diego’s poorest communities’ priorities by promoting mutually beneficial relationships with corporations, foundations and other philanthropic organizations.

 To create effective partnerships with key companies and foundations, La Maestra staff work alongside schools, hospitals, managed care plans, insurance companies and pharmas to coordinate activities and identifies sources of corporate or foundation support.

 If you are affiliated with a grant-making corporation or foundation we would like to hear from you. La Maestra, a 501(c)3 organization has a wide variety of projects and programs in need of funding- from major capital projects to small medical equipment and supplies, as well as local and regional health initiatives and programs targeting the uninsured and disadvantaged.
