Services Provided:  Medical care, dental care, job training, housing assistance, insurance         eligibility, and food pantry

Patient Visits: 91,351 per year (more than 350 per day)

Project Description:  Heart of the Community Capital Campaign- a $10 million capital campaign to construct a new desperately needed new facility in the City Heights, San Diego urban redevelopment area.

Current Main Site:  13 disparate, refurbished residential units spread over an entire city block totaling approx. 15,000 square feet.

New Facility- completion target date 2008:  32,000-square-foot, three story, environmentally sustainable- LEED certified- health center, first green health center in the US,  to provide full range of services in a single location
