Project Description: Heart of the Community Capital Campaign- a $10 million capital campaign to construct a new desperately needed new facility in the City Heights, San Diego urban redevelopment area.
Current Main Site: 14 disparate, refurbished residential units spread over an entire city block totaling approx. 15,000 square feet.
New Facility- completion target date 2010: 34,660 square-foot, three story, environmentally sustainable - LEED Gold certified - health center, first green community health center in the US, to provide full range of services in a single location
