• Returned 4167 Fairmount Avenue to Landlord
• Leased 4147 Fairmount Avenue for IT and office space
• Started “Senior Medicine Program”
2007
• Opened new Dental Clinic at Suite #120 on 4305 University Avenue;
moved Dental Clinic from 4171 Fairmount Avenue. There are now
two Dental Clinics at 4305 University Avenue.
• Opened Optometry Services (Eye Clinic) at 4171 Fairmount Avenue,
Suite # 1 on May 1, 2007.
2008
• Community Pharmacy scheduled to open on March 2008 at 4171
